Butchery Demonstration

Butchery demonstration on the 23rd November 2016 at 7pm tickets £25. Rob Watts from peter trebles THE WINNER OF DORSET FOOD & DRINK BUTCHER/ MEAT PRODUCER OF THE YEAR 2016 is demonstrating sausage making. You will all get the chance to make your own sausages and get to take them home.Ticket price will include a sausage dinner. Limited places so hurry to avoid dissapointment

You can’t beat a warm roast dinner on a Sunday we offer hand carved strip loin of beef with home made red wine gravy, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

And roast loin of pork with home made stuffing, crackling roast potatoes and thatchers cider gravy.

Both of these are available gluten free and for vegetarians we can offer home made vegetable gravy with roast potatoes cooked separately from meat products.
